The Circle Theory ✈️

This week, I want to share a simple theory from Richard Branson. It’s called Circles — a practical approach to self-improvement and making a difference. Whether you're chasing endurance goals or striving for self-growth, this framework aligns perfectly. Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Start with You:
Draw the first circle around yourself. Are you taking care of your health, happiness, and work-life balance? This is your foundation. 🧘‍♂️

2️⃣ Expand to Your Loved Ones:
Once you’re thriving, widen the circle to include family and close friends. Are you helping them grow, supporting them, and creating joy together? ❤️

3️⃣ Think Local:
Feeling confident? Draw your circle around your neighborhood or community. Use your skills, resources, or time to make it a better place. 🏡

4️⃣ Go Bigger:
As your influence grows, think about your city, country, and even the world. How can you use your success to drive change on a larger scale? 🌎

My Reflection 💭
What I love about this theory is how it emphasizes starting small — within yourself. It’s like endurance training: You build strength one step at a time before tackling a marathon. When we prioritize our own growth and well-being, it creates a ripple effect, empowering us to lift others and inspire change.

What’s Your Next Circle?
Let me know how you’re applying this in your life! And if you’re ready to expand your first circle. 🎯
